Another new partnership for Avios.com, and this time it’s a first
The team at Avios are busy. Every month, there’s a new partnership or a way to spend your points. Just when you think there’s nothing left to leverage for Avios, they announce a tie-in with an estate agent.
What’s been announced?
Avios and Foxtons, the London-based estate agent, have announced a partnership. This means that you can earn Avios in one of three ways:
- Sell your home through Foxtons
- Instruct Foxtons to rent out your house
- Switch from a Foxtons non-managed rental on a property to a fully managed one.
For the majority of readers, the only one of interest will be selling through Foxtons. The terms are that you must instruct them before the 31st January 2026.
Your reward will be 20,000 Avios (worth approximately £200); however, this will be paid out over a twelve-month period, with 1/12th of the total paid every month.

What about landlords?
If you’re looking to switch your rental properties to Foxtons then you could earn a significant number of points. If you appoint them as the sole letting agent, then you’ll earn 30,000 points per property, with these points spread out over a twelve-month period. Moving a portfolio of rental properties could give you a significant Avios haul.
If you’re already a landlord who uses Foxtons, then you could get 20,000 Avios per property if you switch them to fully managed.
What’s missing from this partnership?
There’s an obvious gap in this partnership, and that’s people who rent a Foxtons property. It would surely be well-received if renting a property gave you a points reward, even if that was just a thousand points. There’s no indication of whether this will be part of a future change; there have been some great examples of partnerships that have expanded over time.
What are the terms?
As you’d expect with a property-related partnership, there are some important terms to consider. Firstly, you will only qualify for one offer, as the FAQs clearly state that you’ll only get the reward for the offer that you qualify for first.
Given that the two landlord offers are on a per-property basis, that appears to mean that you could get multiples of that (if you switched, say, 10 properties to Foxtons), but if you did that in two batches, then you would only get points for the first batch. If you chose to sell your property through Foxtons, then you gave them a rental property to manage, and you would only get the 20,000 Avios for the selling offer.
